Принцип на работа:

Ротационният топлообменник е съставен от алвеолатно топлинно колело, корпус, задвижваща система и уплътняващи части. Отработеният и външният въздух преминават отделно през половината колело, когато колелото се върти, топлината и влагата се обменят между отработения и външния въздух. Ефективността на енергийното оползотворяване е до 70% до 90%.

Разумното топлинно колело е направено от алуминиеви фолиа с дебелина 0,05 мм. А общото топлинно колело е направено от алуминиеви фолиа, покрити с 3А молекулно сито с дебелина 0,04 мм.

Приложения:

Ротационният топлообменник може да има вграден климатик (AHU) като основна част от секцията за възстановяване на топлината. Обикновено страничният панел на корпуса на обменника е ненужен, освен че байпасът е настроен в AHU.

Може да се монтира и в каналите на вентилационната система като основна част от секцията за възстановяване на топлината, свързана с фланец. В този случай е необходим страничен панел на обменника, за да се предотврати изтичане.
